Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak, 1/2-inch thick
    3 Tbsp. French's prepared mustard
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 medium onions, sliced
    3 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    3/4 c. tomato juice
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Trim and bone meat; cut into thin pieces, about 2-inches long. Place meat in bowl, add mustard and mix well.
    Refrigerate for several hours.
    Melt butter in large skillet and cook onions over low heat until soft, but not brown.
    Remove from pan.
    Brown meat in skillet over low heat until brown, turning occasionally.
    Then add paprika, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, tomato juice and liquid from mushrooms.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until meat is tender.
    Stir in onions, mushrooms and sour cream.
    Continue cooking just until mixture is hot; do not boil.
    Sprinkle parsley flakes on top.
    Serve over hot rice or noodles.
    Serves 6.
