Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 egg, well beaten
    2/3 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. shortening, melted
Preparation
    Mix together and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
