Ground Beef Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 small onion
    1 box frozen Tater Tots
    1 can cream of mushroom soup or nacho cheese soup
Preparation
    Press raw beef in the bottom of a buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle onions over meat. Put Tater Tots evenly over the onions.
    Spoon soup over the Tater Tots and spread evenly.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
