Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger meat
1 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. hot chili powder (optional)
Preparation

Always use fresh, not frozen, meat.
Cover meat with water and bring to boil.
Add catsup, chili powder, salt and pepper.
Cook on medium heat about 2 1/2 hours, stirring often.
Mash meat with potato masher several times while cooking.
Add more water if needed.
