Chicken Creole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium size chicken
1 large bell pepper
1 large onion
2 cans tomato sauce
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
seasonings to taste
1/3 c. cooking oil
3 c. broth
1 small can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation

Cook chicken and seasonings until tender.
Take from pot and cool.
Reserve broth.
