Coconut Custard Pie (2 Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. milk (minus 3 Tbsp. if using ready-made crust)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. (heaping) plain flour
    1 stick melted margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Hand mix sugar, flour and salt.
    Add eggs; don't overbeat. Add vanilla, margarine and milk; fold in coconut.
    Pour into pie shells.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake for 15 minutes or at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
