Miniature Fruit Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. margarine
1 c. brown sugar (light)
3 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
7 c. pecans
2 c. candied cherries, cut up
6 slices candied pineapple, cut up
1 lb. pkg. dates, cut up
white raisins (if preferred)
Preparation

Dredge fruit in some flour.
Cream sugar and margarine.
Add eggs, then other ingredients.
Mix well and put into miniature paper baking cups.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Makes 11 to 12 dozen.
