Baked Cheese And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Arrange layers of rice and cheese in a greased 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle each layer with salt until dish is almost full.
    Add enough milk to come 1/2 way to top of rice.
    Cover with bread crumbs.
    Dot with margarine and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
