White Mountain Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
4 Tbsp. water
2 egg whites

Preparation

Cook syrup and water until it forms soft ball in cold water. Beat egg whites until stiff.
Pour syrup over the egg whites; beat until stiff.
