Marinated Asparagus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans asparagus or same amount fresh
1 green pepper, chopped
1 small bunch green onions, chopped
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. sugar *
3/4 c. salad oil
1/2 clove garlic
1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation

If using fresh asparagus, cook until crisp-tender.
Drain asparagus and lay in shallow pan.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over asparagus.
Chill at least 5 hours.
