Swiss Tuna Grill - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 1/2 to 7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/4 c. sour cream
    dash of pepper
    16 slices rye bread
    butter, softened
Preparation
    Combine tuna, celery, onion, mayonnaise, sour cream and pepper.
    Spread filling on 8 slices of bread.
    Top with remaining bread.
    Spread outside of sandwiches with butter.
    Cook on hot griddle over medium heat about 3 minutes on each side until toasted and filling is heated through.
