Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shrimp
    3/4 c. butter
    1 medium bell pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 chopped onion
    1 can onion soup
    2 c. raw rice
    1 can Ro-Tel
Preparation
    Melt butter and saute pepper and onion.
    Add peeled shrimp, soup, tomatoes, salt, pepper and rice.
    Pour into a greased casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for 2 hours.
