Roast Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. chuck roast
1 can golden mushroom soup
1/2 small onion
salt and pepper
Preparation

Put 3 or 4 cups of water in medium roaster.
Cook roast in 375\u00b0 oven for 2 to 3 hours.
Do not let water cook out.
When tender, take roast out of broth and mix well.
Add onion, salt and pepper. Add soup.
Put roast back in gravy and put back in oven with lid on for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
