Sunshine Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. yellow mustard
    1/4 c. pineapple juice
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    8 slices bacon
    2 whole chicken breasts, split, boned, skinned and sliced in half crosswise (making 8 pieces in all)
Preparation
    In small mixing bowl, combine mustard, pineapple juice and brown sugar, mixing until sugar dissolves.
    Wrap each chicken piece with bacon.
    Secure with toothpick.
    Brush mustard sauce over chicken and bacon.
