Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon, flaked (2 c.)
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. finely grated onions
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. bread crumbs or 1 c. cold mashed potatoes
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    1 additional pkg. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Combine ingredients (do not drain salmon), except additional package of crumbs and oleo.
    Blend well and shape into patties. Flatten out slightly. Dip into oleo and roll in crumbs.
    Preheat oil in frypan.
    Fry patties until brown.
    Serve with catsup or chili sauce.
