Chicken Strips In Garlic Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless chicken, cut in strips
    1/2 c. flour
    pepper
    parsley
    2 c. chicken bouillon broth
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken with pepper and garlic powder, then coat chicken in flour.
    Melt butter or margarine and garlic in large skillet.
    Add chicken and saute, turn chicken to cook lightly on all sides over low-medium heat.
    Add broth and bring to slow boil. Lower heat, sprinkle with parsley and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes, covered and stir occasionally.
