Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    3 pineapple slices
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    1 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix melted butter and brown sugar in heavy skillet.
    Arrange pineapple slices in pan on top of brown sugar and butter mixture. Place cherries or nuts in center of pineapple (optional).
