Beef And Biscuit Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. grated cheese (mild)
    1 can crescent rolls
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 egg
    1 onion, chopped
    1 small can tomato sauce
    seasoning to taste
    few green onions (optional)
Preparation
    Brown ground meat and onion.
    Add tomato sauce; simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
    Mix cheese, sour cream and egg thoroughly and add to meat mixture.
    Do not cook.
    Put 1/2 of crescent rolls flat in bottom of pan.
    Pour mixture in and top with other half of crescent rolls.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until top is golden brown.
