Mac And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. macaroni
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
about 3/4 lb. Velveeta
Preparation

Cook macaroni until tender, drain.
Place in ungreased 2-quart or layer casserole.
Make white sauce by melting butter.
Don't scorch, melt over low heat, stirring in flour to make paste. Slowly add milk so not to lump, stirring constantly (turn off heat while you stir).
Cut cheese into chunks and add to sauce.
Cook over medium heat.
Stir to keep from burning.
Pour over macaroni. Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
