Nannie'S Ripe Tomato Ketchup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. ripe tomatoes, chopped and drained
    1 bunch celery chopped (approx. 3 cups)
    2 sweet red peppers, chopped
    2 green bell peppers, chopped
    1 1/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 c. white sugar
    1/4 c. salt
    1 T. white mustard seed
    1 t. celery seed
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pot. Bring to a hard boil and boil for 20 minutes. Pour into canning jars and seal while hot.
