Marinated Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    1 small onion
    2 stalks celery
    1/2 green pepper
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Chop or mix cabbage, onion, celery and green pepper in food processor.
    Combine oil, sugar and vinegar.
    Mix well.
    Pour dressing over other ingredients, mixing well.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    This slaw will keep 2 to 3 weeks.
