Baked Potato Slims(Vegetables) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium Idaho potatoes, washed
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 envelope Shake 'n Bake (chicken)
Preparation
    Slice the potatoes into 1/2-inch strips.
    Mix water, oil and Tabasco sauce. Dip potato strips in mixture. Combine Parmesan with Shake 'n Bake combination.
    Shake until evenly coated. Bake potatoes in a single layer on a cookie sheet lined with foil for 30 to 35 minutes in a 400\u00b0 oven.
    Good side dish or snack.
