Chili Pasado Con Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chilies
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1 medium tomato, diced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    For dried chilies, use 6 cups water to boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Put chilies in water 10 minutes.
    Drain and dice.
