Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. grated carrots
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. crushed pineapple (small can)
Preparation

Beat eggs; add oil and stir.
Sift dry ingredients and add to oil mixture and beat well.
Add pineapple (don't drain) and carrots and beat again.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 about 45 to 50 minutes, until done.
