Deep Fried Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cauliflower flowerets
    2 eggs, beaten
    vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower in 2-inches water approximately 10 to 12 minutes or until tender.
    Drain and pat dry.
    Heat oil to 360\u00b0, about 1 or 2-inches.
    Mix bread crumbs and paprika.
    Dip cauliflower in egg, salt and pepper mixture. Coat with bread crumb mixture.
    Fry 8 to 10 flowerets at a time in hot oil. Turn occasionally.
    Cooking time is 2 minutes.
    Drain.
    Keep warm in a 200\u00b0 oven 10 to 15 minutes.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
