Special Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. chicken pieces, skinned
    8 oz. bottle Italian dressing
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. water
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. paprika
    1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    vegetable oil for frying
Preparation
    Marinate chicken covered with salad dressing in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
    Combine eggs and water; mix well. Combine flour and seasonings in a plastic bag.
    Shake to mix. Drain chicken.
    Place 2 to 3 pieces in the flour mixture; shake well.
    Dip into the egg mixture and shake well.
    Repeat with all the chicken pieces.
    Place chicken in hot grease at 350\u00b0 and fry 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
