Breakfast Strata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices firm white bread (i.e., Pepperidge Farm)
    1 lb. bacon, ham, sausage or veggies
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    10 eggs, beaten
    4 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    pepper to taste
    paprika
Preparation
    Cube bread and cover bottom of a 13 1/2 x 9-inch glass baking dish with the cubes.
    Layer cooked bacon, diced ham, sauteed veggies or sausage over bread.
    Sprinkle cheese on top of meat or veggies.
    In a large bowl, mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight.
