Jalapeno Cheese Beer Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. diced onion
    4 Tbsp. butter (margarine)
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 to 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 c. chicken broth
    4 c. scalded milk
    1/2 c. diced carrots
    1/2 c. diced celery
    3/4 c. Mexican Velveeta cheese
    3/4 c. regular Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. American cheese
    1 bottle beer
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until transparent.
    Add flour and brown lightly.
    Slowly blend in the chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce.
    Add carrots and celery.
    Cook until tender.
    Add milk, cheese and beer.
    Heat thoroughly, but do not boil.
