New Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 large new potatoes or Russet
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation

Boil unpeeled potatoes; slice.
Combine cheese, mayonnaise and onion; gently stir into potatoes.
Place in a greased casserole and top with bacon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
