Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches carrots
    1/2 c. carrot liquid
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 1/2 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Cut up carrots; boil until tender.
    Drain, saving 1/2 cup of the liquid.
    Combine liquid with onion, horseradish, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
    Pour over cooked carrots that have been put in a greased casserole.
    Top with crumbs mixed with butter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
