Pierogi Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. bow tie noodles
3 sticks butter
8 potatoes
3 large onions
Preparation
- 
                            Cook potatoes and mash with 1 stick butter plus 3/4 pound cheese. Cook noodles; drain. Add 1 stick butter, salt and pepper. Saute onions in 1 stick butter. Pour noodles in 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Spread mashed potatoes over top of noodles. Spread onions on top and the rest of cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
