Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can crushed pineapple (drain, save juice)
1 can tidbits pineapple (drain, save juice)
1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 stick oleo
1 tube Ritz crackers
Preparation

Pour pineapple in large casserole dish, 9 x 13-inch or larger. Mix flour, 1/2 cup pineapple and sugar.
Mix well; pour over pineapple.
Sprinkle cheese over the casserole.
Melt oleo; let cool.
Crush crackers in plastic bag; spread over casserole.
Pour oleo over cracker crumbs; mix well.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
