Pie Crust(Makes 6 To 8 Crusts) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. shortening
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. cold water
Preparation
    In large bowl with lid, add flour, salt and shortening.
    Shape up and down until balls start to form.
    Add egg, vinegar and water; shake in circular motion until mixed well.
    Divide into balls; wrap in plastic wrap and freeze.
    Use when needed.
