Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice, uncooked
    3/4 lb. bulk sausage
    2 small onions
    1/3 medium green pepper, diced
    3/4 c. blanched toasted almonds
    1 1/2 c. cooked celery, diced
    1 envelope Lipton's chicken noodle soup
Preparation
    Cook rice until half done.
    Brown sausage.
    Pour off grease from time to time.
    Brown onions until golden in a little sausage fat.
    Pour 2 1/2 cups boiling water on soup mix.
    Mix well.
    Place in greased casserole and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
