Broiled Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    nonstick vegetable spray
    8 oz. sea scallops
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    2 tsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Preheat broiler; spray broiler pan with nonstick vegetable spray.
    Coat scallops lightly in bread crumbs; place on prepared pan.
    Combine lemon juice and margarine; sprinkle over scallops. Broil 3 to 5 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
    Serve immediately with lemon wedges, if desired.
    Makes 2 servings.
