Coconut Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick oleo, melted
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 can coconut or the equivalent fresh grated coconut
    2 (8-inch) pie crusts
Preparation
    Mix eggs and sugar.
    Add oleo, buttermilk, vanilla and coconut.
    Pour into pie shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
