Pork Chops For Company - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 lean pork chops
3 large bell peppers
4 c. cooked rice
1 or 2 cans mushroom soup
3 Tbsp. dry white wine
black pepper to taste
extra sliced mushrooms (optional)
Preparation

Saute pork chops to lightly brown in large skillet; cook about 10 minutes until done.
Cut bell peppers in half and trim out seeds to form cup.
Fill each half pepper with cooked rice.
Place bell pepper cups in skillet with pork chops; add mushroom soup and 1/2 can water.
Either continue to cook on top of stove or in the 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
Season with black pepper and wine (optional).
