Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/4 c. master mix
1/8 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. skim milk
Preparation

Place mix in large mixing bowl.
Make a well in center.
Add baking soda to milk and stir to dissolve.
Add milk all at once to mix.
Stir with fork just until dough follows fork around bowl. Turn onto lightly floured surface; knead gently 5 strokes.
Roll dough 1/2-inch thick.
Cut with 2-inch biscuit cutter dipped in flour.
Place on ungreased baking sheet; bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
