Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes (5 lb.), peeled and boiled
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 1/2 sticks margarine
    2 onions, diced
    1 pkg. lasagna noodles
    sour cream (optional)
Preparation
    Yield: 2 (9 x 13-inch) pans.
