Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-bran
    1 c. milk
    1 c. stone ground whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. molasses
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Mix all-bran and milk; let stand 5 minutes.
    Add rest of ingredients; do not overmix.
    (Could add 1 mashed banana or raisins, walnuts or 1 chopped apple.)
    Fill muffin pans that have been sprayed with vegetable spray about 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
