Mini Muffin Pizzas - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. yellow mustard
4 English muffins, split and toasted
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 hot dogs, cut in slices
green pepper (optional)
olives (optional)
onions (optional)

Preparation

Combine ketchup and mustard.
Spread on muffins.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Put hot dog slices on top.
Garnish with green pepper, olives and onion, if desired.
Place on baking sheet. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
