Aunt Helen'S Asparagus Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can asparagus pieces
    2 eggs
    Italian flavored bread crumbs
Preparation
    Drain asparagus.
    Mix with eggs and enough bread crumbs to hold mix together.
    Drop by ladleful into pan with hot oil.
    Fry until lightly browned and drain on absorbent paper.
