Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms By Mom Morrison - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 oz. fresh mushrooms
6 slices bacon
1/2 c. onion, minced
2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
8 oz. whipped cream cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 tsp. onion salt
Preparation

Clean mushrooms.
Remove stems and set them aside to use later.
Cook bacon until crisp.
Drain on paper towels.
Chop mushroom stems and saute with onion in butter.
When golden, add cream cheese, parsley, lemon pepper seasoning and onion salt. Cook only 1 minute or until cream cheese melts.
Crumble bacon and add to mixture.
Place 1 teaspoon of mixture into each mushroom. Bake mushrooms at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
