Quiche Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    3 egg whites
    5 eggs
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 (8 oz.) grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 green onions, chopped
    10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Place cottage cheese in a food processor and process until smooth.
    Transfer to a large bowl. Process egg whites until foamy.
    Add next 5 ingredients and process until smooth.
    Add egg mixture to cottage cheese.
    Stir in cheese, onions and bacon. Fill greased large muffin tins 2/3 full and bake 12 to 15 minutes or until edges are light brown.
    Makes 10 muffins.
