Chicken Cashew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken breasts, boned
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. instant minced garlic
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1 medium green pepper, chunked
    1/2 c. cashew halves
Preparation
    Cut chicken into bite size
    pieces
    and
    place
    in
    a 2 quart round casserole.
    Combine
    wine,
    soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic and ginger in a
    1 cup glass measure.
    Pour over chicken.
    Cover with wax paper and microwave on High for 4 minutes, stirring midway through
    cooking.
    Add
    peppers,
    re-cover and microwave on High for 3
    to 4 minutes, stirring midway through cooking. Sprinkle with cashews and let stand for 3 minutes.
