Jean'S Turkey Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 c. coarse dry bread crumbs
    3 c. chopped celery
    2 c. coarsely chopped pecans
    3/4 c. chopped onions
    4 oz. sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. basil
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 1/2 sticks butter, melted
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. dry white wine or broth
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except butter and liquids.
    Toss lightly as you slowly drizzle butter and liquids over crumbs and seasonings.
