Baked Lima Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dry lima beans (wash beans)
    1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
    1 c. brown sugar
    bacon (optional), diced (reserve a few strips for top)
    1/2 lb. onions, cut up
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight in plenty of water.
    Cook for 1 hour, adding more water if necessary until tender.
    Remove from stove and add balance of ingredients.
    Mix; pour into baking pan and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
