Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. grated carrots
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 eggs, well beaten
1-1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Cream Cheese Frosting (see below)
Preparation

Combine carrots, flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt.
stir in eggs, oil, and vanilla extract, mixing well.
Spoon batter into 3 greased and floured 9-inch round cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.
Spread Cream Cheese Frosting between layers and on top of cake while still warm.
Yield:
one 3-layer cake.
