Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1 c. celery, finely chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1/3 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Add chopped pimento for color.
You can also add a can of bean sprouts (washed and drained) and cooked carrots (sliced thin or diced).
Mix vegetables together.
Mix the oil, sugar, vinegar and salt together and pour over vegetables.
Toss lightly and let stand in refrigerator overnight before using.
This will keep for days and still be delicious.
