Chorizo-Beer Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chorizo or Italian sausage, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    3 lb. top round or stew meat, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    2 to 4 medium onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
    1 (12 oz.) can beer
    2 (4 oz.) cans green chili peppers, chopped (or jalapenos for hot!)
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    2 (16 oz.) cans pinto or kidney beans
    shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage and beef in a large stew pot. Drain and add onions and garlic.
    Return and add other ingredients.
    Bring to boil.
    Cook 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
    Serve with cheese.
